I think it would be a great tribute to Dennis for his family to keep his collection together, but that will never happen sadly.

It's a privilege to own a Wei. (I've had wei's since 1973).There is only one Wegman and noone should try to emulate you (because the combination of you, your humour and your particular dogs is not reproducible.). Thankyou for giving us so much enjoyment through your photography and weimaraners.

Are you a collector? This blog was set up for you tipsforartcollectors. I like what he said about collectors being the caretaker of the art for the future. You've got to take care of it and pass it along to the next generation in good shape.

Thanks for this video. The Campbell Soup he bought in 1962 at the Ferus Gallery in LA was one of only 5 that sold during the show. Warhol was so disappointed that he asked the dealer Irving Blum to buy them back, which he did. Blum kept them as a whole and in the 1990's sold them all to Moma for 15 milion $!

My favorite two books by Wegman= Little Red Ridinghood, and Farm Days. What a way to bring a smile to someone. Terrific job!
